By booking your accommodation at the Apartment Andredor it is understood that you agree to the following house rules and payment policy:

Check-in: 14:00 - 23:00h / Check-out: 10:00h

Minimum stay 3 nights

Smoking / Pets / Parties not allowed

Smoking is allowed only in the garden

Stairs must be used

Present identity cards or passports at check-in

Weekly discount 10% - Monthly discount 25%

Extra guest fee*

The Space is available exclusively to guests

Greater noise is not welcomed after midnight

Interior furniture shouldn't be taken and left outside

Please lock the doors on your way out and take the keys with you unless you are staying in the garden

No grilling outside / inside the house

Booking directly with 30% of the total in advance

Payment of the rest in cash upon arrival

No refund after cancellation
