The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a private house in a quiet neighborhood 'Borik', also called 'Puntamika'.
The Space
It's a 45m2 apartment with one bedroom (1 Double Bed 180 x 190 cm), one bathroom with both bath-tub and shower and one kitchen/living room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and TV.
It can take up to 4 adults. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well as the bathroom and living room.
Furthermore, a non-stop internet access and a free parking in a quiet and peaceful surroundings.

About The Neighborhood
The place is in a quiet neighborhood 'Borik', also called 'Puntamika' where people mostly live in family houses or smaller 2 floor buildings. A hotel resort with a big sandy beach is nearby and a boat marina too.
The area has a couple of nice beaches that are all within the 5-10 min walking range of the house. The apartment is close to a marina, bank, supermarket, bus station, restaurant, coffee-bar, pizzeria, rent-a-car/bike/boat etc.
Walking Around
If you choose to stay at the Apartment Andredor you will have barely 5 min of walk to the City Beach 'Uskok',
2,5 km or 20 min of walking to the city center unless you take a famous 'Barkarjol' boat crossing to the Old Town (Peninsula) which is a tradition around here.
Whether you choose to walk, drive or 'row' it won't take much to reach the Old Core.
On your way to the center you can enjoy the non-stop view on Zadar Canal, islands and the city walls today under UNESCO.
